CONI-MARBLE PRODUCT WARRANTY
The following warranty applies to products purchased and installed in the Coni-marble Mfg. service area of Southwestern Ontario.
The warranty is in effect only if product is proven defective due to faulty workmanship during manufacturing process only. Warranty is null and void if damage is caused by abuse, improper installation or if the water temperature exceeds 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Coni-marble Manufacturing Inc. shall not be liable for removal or installation of any replacements or consequential damage. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is necessary. Warranty is 100% for 3 years
We at Coni-marble Manufacturing Inc. are proud of our excellent quality control, however, due to the hand-process of mixing the marble matrix, colours could vary somewhat in density, and therefore we cannot guarantee colour uniformity in all our products. Some of the raw materials used in the manufacturing of this product are mined and may contain impurities. This and other variables beyond our control may result in a slight variation in appearance from one lot to the next.
Important: It is the Dealer’s responsibility to ascertain the legitimacy of claim prior to investigation by Coni-marble Manufacturing Inc.
